About ClearLine Roofing

ClearLine Roofing was built to keep things simple; bring back straightforward work, run a lean operation, and stay transparent from start to finish.

Before starting this company, I worked on both sides of the industry; first with one of the top shingle manufacturers as a representative, and later with a large, rapidly growing roofing company. That experience provided a full view of roofing systems at every level.

Through this experience, I saw how shingles actually perform over time, what causes failures, and how warranties hold up in real-world conditions. I worked closely with hundreds of homeowners, distributors, and contractors, gaining a clear understanding of material quality and true job costs.

That combination led to a simple realization:

Homeowners are often paying more, but not necessarily getting more.

We're here to put your investment first. Not record profit margins in a portfolio multiple states away.

What does that realization mean for you?

Replacing your roof shouldn’t feel confusing, inflated, or sales-driven. It should be straightforward: quality materials, skilled installation, and pricing that reflects the work being done.

That’s why every project is broken down into clear, simple categories: material, labor, overhead, and capped profit, so you can see exactly where your investment is going.

The goal isn’t just to install roofs; it’s to run a company where every part of the process makes sense. That means focusing on what actually impacts the outcome, and removing what doesn’t.

A full system roof, installed the right way.

After working with dozens of contractors over my time as a manufacturer rep, one of the most common occurrences in an install is cutting corners by not installing proper components that protect your roof. This is a method used to keep costs down and margins up while the homeowner is none the wiser. Components such as starter strip, ridge cap, and proper ventilation are often not installed or are replaced with an “alternate option,” at the cost of your roof not working as the manufacturer intended it to.

At ClearLine Roofing, we aren’t cutting corners. A full system install means you keep your warranty intact, your home is protected, and, as always, you know what you're paying for.
